I think this is the big as yet unanswered question. The whole purpose of Project 2025 is to circumvent what happened in 2020, when the institutions stood up against an attempted coup. So it's very unclear where things would end up under a second Trump presidency.

- Modi made every effort to nobble his political rivals ahead of the election, and STILL didn’t manage to win a majority.
